Says Kendra on her fundraising page, “I have read too many stories about those affected by cancer. It shows no mercy, affecting adults and children alike. Moreover, it’s the stories about children that affect me the most. As a mother I don’t know how these parents find the strength to cope. So instead of reading the stories with tears in my
eyes and wondering what I can do to help, I am actually going to DO something to try and make a difference, no matter how small.”
